Acceptance of these terms
By using shopyourhue.com, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
What ShopYourHue is
ShopYourHue is an information and discovery site. We organize clothing from third-party retailers by seasonal color palette and link you to those retailers. We don’t sell anything ourselves: every purchase happens on the retailer’s site, under the retailer’s own terms, prices, and return policies. Any issue with an order — shipping, sizing, returns, refunds — is between you and the retailer.
Color suggestions are guidance
Our season tags and palette pages reflect our own color analysis, offered as guidance rather than a guarantee. Colors render differently across screens, dye lots, and fabrics, and personal coloring varies — a piece we tag for your season may still look different in person. Use your own judgment on what suits you.
Prices and availability
Prices, discounts, and stock shown on ShopYourHue reflect what we saw when an item was added and may have changed since. The price and availability on the retailer’s site at the moment you buy are the ones that apply.
Intellectual property
The text, design, and palette data on ShopYourHue belong to us. Product images, product names, and brand names belong to their respective retailers and brands, and appear here to identify the products we link to. You’re welcome to share links to our pages; please don’t republish our content wholesale without asking first.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is.” We work to keep everything accurate and working, but we can’t promise the site will always be available, error-free, or up to date, and we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShopYourHue is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or from purchases you make on third-party sites we link to — including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
